Job Title: Vendor Manager - Legal Network

Location: New Jersey-based or Remote (with ability to travel as needed)

Salary Range: $70,000 - $95,000 (depending on experience)

Reports to: Director – Legal Network

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vendor Manager to join our Legal Network team. The ideal candidate will have direct experience with a multi-state collection law firm and will serve as a crucial link between our company and our law firms. This role involves managing internal projects, cultivating positive relationships, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a liaison between the company and our law firms, understanding their challenges and aspirations to build strong partnerships. • Manage internal projects by collaborating with internal teams and network firms, reporting on success and progress. • Prioritize teamwork and team success in all activities. • Cultivate positive working relationships with each off-site firm. • Assist in negotiating contracts with firms. • Assess firm performance against key performance indicators and ensure firms meet their contractual obligations. • Ensure compliance with company standards. • Resolve firm issues and maintain accurate records. • Evaluate firm services and provide clear, actionable feedback. • Assist with resolving firm complaints. • Establish and monitor intricate performance metrics. • Seek feedback from various departments and firms to refine strategies and enhance value. • Identify, assess, and mitigate firm-related risks to protect the company. • Manage the entire firm lifecycle from selection, onboarding, and offboarding. • Collect and analyze firm data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost savings. • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills. • Strong project management skills. • Ability to establish positive relationships with firms, agencies, and coworkers. • Superior problem-solving skills. • Understanding of modern office practices. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry, with experience at a multi-state, large collection law firm.
