The Auto Club Group is seeking a Field Auto Physical Damage Appraiser to work remotely while providing exceptional customer service through in-person assessments of vehicle damage. This role involves inspecting vehicles, preparing damage estimates, and guiding customers through the claims process, including handling moderate to complex claims. Responsibilities
 Deliver world-class customer service through in-person appointments to assess vehicle damage.

 Inspect vehicles and prepare estimates of damage while monitoring repairs for customers.

 Review documents and assist members in understanding their case files.

 Guide customers through the auto repair process, handling moderate to complex claims including Total Loss.

 Travel to field locations as necessary to complete job responsibilities.
Requirements
 Associate degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
,
 One year of experience in negotiating claim settlements and preparing estimates.
,
 Completion of relevant insurance training programs or designations (e.g., General Insurance Program, Associate in Claims).
,
 Eligibility to acquire a State Adjuster's license within 90 days of hire, if required.

 Valid state driver's license and knowledge of Fair Trade Practices relating to claims.
