The Director of Finance for Maybelline and Essie at L'Oréal is a strategic role responsible for financial planning, reporting, and analysis within the Consumer Products Division. Responsibilities
 Lead and manage a high performing finance team.

 Influence and provide thought leadership across the Consumer Products Division.

 Direct the coordination and administration of the annual business plan, budget, and three-year plan.

 Prepare, analyze, and transmit divisional finance reports in accordance with corporate requirements.

 Manage cost control and conduct budget meetings with departmental managers.
,
 Serve as the primary support for all finance-related issues for operating departments.
,
 Inform senior management about financial conditions within the assigned area.
,
 Lead ad-hoc financial strategic projects and coordinate fund reallocations.
,
 Liaise with project management, manufacturing, and accounting for financial activities.
,
 Perform supervisory tasks including interviewing, training, and performance management.
Requirements
 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting, including supervisory/management experience.
,
 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economy, Business Administration, or Accounting required.
,
 MBA or CPA preferred.
,
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
,
 Excellent leadership, oral and written communication, and presentation skills.
,
 Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
,
 Expert-level experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
,
 Experience with Power BI and visualization dashboards is a plus.
,
 Financial reporting experience and use of SAP highly desirable.

 Data analytics skills are a plus.
