About the Role:
• This is a full-time position (40 hours weekly).
• This position involves support raising a portion of your salary.
• This position comes with health, dental, and vision benefits - including paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
• This is an operations/support position.
• This is a remote position, with proximity preference towards CCO networks and footprint.

Purpose of the position:

The CCO is looking for a creative leader to build our model of campus ministry and multiply the number of CCO ministries across the country. The Assistant Director serves to advance the mission and partnership model of the CCO by cultivating a diverse network of potential church, university and community partners moving them from interest, through discernment, to partnership commitment. This position contributes directly to CCO’s national growth to serve least or unreached college campuses.This position takes particular leadership on developing and growing the CCO’s Affiliate Partnership model focusing on marketing, content creation, design and execution of webinars and interactive web-based resources for Affiliate partners growing the program in every area. Qualifications/Requirements
• Education: Bachelor degree required
• Experience: 3 - 5 years of ministry experience; Effective public speaking experience, preferred

Job Description:

Advance CCO's Ministry Presence:
• Meet regularly with Regional and Area Directors to align networking around specific regional/area growth goals
• Attend at minimum 4 national/regional gatherings per year to cultivate high potential partners for the CCO (travel required)
• Lead church, university or community leaders through the stages of partnership development following CCO’s

Develop and Grow the CCO’s Affiliate Partnership Model
• Provide strategic and creative leadership over the CCO’s Affiliate Partnership Model designing and developing the program including content creation of web-based resources, creating and facilitating training webinars, and expanding the overall vision and value program.
• Develop and sustain value and engagement of an Affiliate Partner webpage for members to access resources and events included in the program.
