JOB SUMMARY:

In this dynamic position, you will support multiple projects simultaneously across various business lines, ensuring that our strategic goals are met through effective project prioritization, development, and implementation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will facilitate collaboration and innovation, helping to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans that deliver tangible results. Job Responsibilities: Â Solution Development: Work with cross-functional teams to assist with coordinating the design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that address strategic challenges. Â Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals within the development teams. Â Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Â Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document detailed business needs and requirements. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams. Â Risk Management: Identify potential development risks and issues early in the project. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to challenges effectively. Â Support Leadership: Provide support to senior management in the development and execution of strategic plans, including conducting research and preparing briefing materials. Â Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards through regular reviews and testing. Collaborate with QA teams to address any issues that arise. Â Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports and meeting notes. Prepare status reports for stakeholders and senior management. Create Support team training materials and maintain a repository of Standard Operating Procedures and Best Practices. Â Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within current processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Education/Experience Required:
 High School Diploma or equivalent required
 BachelorÂs degree preferred or work equivalent
 Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a strategic or operational role.
 Highly Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
 Demonstrated ability to present and communicate ideas clearly via email
 Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
 Ability to balance multiple priorities at a single time
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. At times, Team Members are subject to sitting for prolonged periods. Infrequently, Team Member must be able to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
