Posted 2025-04-05AWA Insurance, located in Fort Myers, FL has an immediate opening for a full-time Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager. We are looking for an experienced Personal Lines Insurance professional who is highly motivated and has experience in handling personal lines accounts.

Responsibilities
 Servicing current book of personal lines customers and processing their renewals.
 Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
 Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, billing clarification, audit disputes, and claims service.

Requirements
 Insurance Customer Service experience; minimum 1 year
 Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
 Self-motivated
 Ability to multi-task
 Ability to effectively relate to a customer
 Property & Casualty 2-20 or 4-40 license
