E-Commerce Fraud Prevention Internship  Summer 2025

WebstaurantStore, a Clark Associates company, is looking for analytical, determined and diplomatic candidates to join our growing company as a Fraud Prevention Intern within our Risk & Payments Department. This role focuses on having an investigative eye, collecting information and using logic to solve abstract problems and is a key part of growing our business and serving the purchasing needs of foodservice professionals worldwide.
As an E-Commerce Fraud Prevention Intern you will:
 Analyze incoming orders to spot trends and prevent fraudulent order attempts
 Communicate empathetically with cardholders to confirm order authenticity
 Make and execute decisions regarding validity of orders
 Measure, track, and communicate data on fraudulent attempts and chargebacks on a regular basis
 Work cooperatively with other Fraud Prevention Consultants to recognize trends and update system accordingly
 Evaluate current processes and suggest any appropriate improvements to increase efficiency, reduce loss, and enhance the customer experience

Remote work qualifications
 Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
 Access to a home router and modem.
 A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).
 A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.
 The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
