Automobile Physical Damage Claims Adjusters (Full Remote Positions)
Posted 2025-04-06Due to rapid expansion of our business, we have immediate openings for remote (work from home) Claims Adjusters to handle first and third-party automobile physical damage claims (Collison/Comprehensive/ Third-Party Property Damage).
To qualify for consideration, you must have an active Adjusters License issued by your state of residence and have a minimum of two years automobile physical damage claims adjusting experience.
Job Summary:
As a Physical Damage Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and settling insurance claims related to personal lines automobile accidents. You will play a crucial role in determining coverage, liability, and settlement amounts.
Duties:
 Review insurance policies to determine coverage
 Investigate and gather information about claims
 Assign Auto Appraisers to Inspect damaged vehicles and assess repair costs
 Communicate with insureds, claimants, witnesses, and experts
 Analyze claim information to determine... validity and payments
 Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives
 Document all actions taken and decisions made regarding claims
Requirements:  Active Adjusters License issued by your state of residence  Minimum two-years Coll/Comp/PD claims adjusting experience  Superior customer service skills, with a desire to help others  Basic understanding of auto body repair and mechanical processes  High degree of self-discipline and able to work independently  Residence capable of supporting a defined workspace designed to eliminate interruptions and background noise during business hours  Ability to interpret insurance policy language to determine coverage  Wired broadband Internet connection  Ability to pass a comprehensive background check  Strong negotiation skills, with a desire to negotiate  Full understanding of, and ability to apply, comparative negligence  Exceptional analytical, organizational, and time management skills  Focused and driven to meet assigned goals, objectives, and claim metrics  Proficiency with computers, including automated claims systems  Strong working knowledge of MS Word  Excellent oral and written communication skills  Typing skills of 40+ words per minute minimum
Preferred Attributes:
 BachelorÂs or Associate degree is a plus
 Commercial Auto adjusting experience is a plus
 Active Texas Adjusters License is a plus
 Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
