Description:
• Collaborates cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods
• Executes key business initiatives and growth strategies
• Delivers quality by implementing the CARES model to customers and internal partners
• Designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations
• Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to business goals
• Influences implementation of best practices meeting business objectives

Requirements: • Expertise in Equipment Finance syndications, specializing in leading contract negotiations in partnership with internal/external legal, internal partners and investors • Success in supporting the syndications/capital markets teams and investors at a superior level • Establish and adherence to ongoing deal administration • Lead special projects to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk • Manage compliance with documented policies and procedures surrounding the business
