 Collaborates cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods
 Executes key business initiatives and growth strategies
 Delivers quality by implementing the CARES model to customers and internal partners
 Designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations
 Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to business goals
 Influences implementation of best practices meeting business objectives
Requirements:  Expertise in Equipment Finance syndications, specializing in leading contract negotiations in partnership with internal/external legal, internal partners and investors  Success in supporting the syndications/capital markets teams and investors at a superior level  Establish and adherence to ongoing deal administration  Lead special projects to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk  Manage compliance with documented policies and procedures surrounding the business
