We’re looking for a Remote Admin Assistant who loves a challenge, enjoys streamlining processes, and thinks creatively, and savvy with social media and marketing. While experience in accounting or financial services is helpful, it’s not required. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn matter most.

What You’ll Do:
• Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, meetings, and communication.
• Assist with social media, including scheduling posts and engaging with audiences.
• Contribute to creating and editing marketing materials for campaigns.
• Streamline team communication and project workflows.
• Support marketing efforts, including client outreach and content planning.
• Handle special projects with creativity and efficiency.

Tools You’ll Use:
• Office 365, Slack, Kargon, and Zoom for collaboration and communication.
• Social media tools for scheduling and engagement.
• Canva or similar platforms for creating simple designs.
• Project management software to organize tasks and deadlines.
