Pro Bono: The Finance Manager maintains UniversalGivingÂs day-to-day financial operations across each Business Unit. They update and implement detailed, fiscal management practices. The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to sound financial processes and procedures. You may have a first career and want to do this as a second career, or you are financially independent.

Responsibilities:  Work with accountants on annual 990 tax preparation  Prepare financial reports as required  Review/manage PayPal account for team member payment  Review/manage monthly disbursements through PayPal to NGO partners  Review Business Unit Budgets  Conduct research and provide recommendations on CDs, T Bills & other financial matters  Prepare, process and review Business Unit Expense Reports  Manage bill payments and cheques received
Qualifications
 BachelorÂs degree (or equivalent knowledge and experience)
 Minimum 2-3 years of finance experience
 Experience with nonprofit finances and accounting practices preferred
 Critical attention to detail
 Clear verbal and communication skills
 Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (some training provided)
 Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus

Duration and Location
 Position is available for part-time (5-20 hours per week)
