Overview

The Zippy Guide Assistant (ZG I) is an entry-level role ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of sales experience in a high-volume outbound and inbound call center environment. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through proactive communication, supporting licensed Zippy Guides, and ensuring smooth loan processing.

In Short
• Support licensed MLOs in all functions as business demand rises.
• Manage all outbound and inbound calls with excellent customer service.
• Focus on calling through leads daily and reviewing applications.
• Review and prepare documents for processor submission.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communication with applicants.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as assigned.
• Participate in training to prepare for the SAFE exam if needed.
Requirements
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a high outbound/inbound call center environment.
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and autonomous worker.
• Undergraduate degree or extended relevant work experience preferred.
• MLO licensing helpful but not required.
