What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Design, configure, implement, and optimize complex clinical systems to enhance compliance with regulations
• Independently solve complex technical issues and prepare detailed specifications for clinical programs
• Provide technical guidance and direction in the development and maintenance of clinical information systems
• Manage multiple complex activities within the scope of projects, ensuring timely completion
• Act as a liaison with vendors and business partners, ensuring alignment with project goals

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of five years in a related role
• Strong background in Information Technology, particularly in troubleshooting and support for Epic Revenue Cycle applications
• Experience in supporting Epic Revenue Cycle applications
• Exceptional skills in diagnosing complex technical issues and implementing scalable solutions
• Ability to independently manage projects and coordinate resources effectively

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Certification or experience in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing or Epic Resolute Professional Billing
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, with equivalent experience considered
• Experience in analyzing and revising complex clinical system logic and documentation
• Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
