What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Provide advanced support for the employer's interface infrastructure and application software
• Serve as a subject matter expert for interface projects, ensuring compliance with best practices and policies
• Address and resolve incidents and requests, logging all interactions and engaging additional resources as necessary
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding outages, planned maintenance, and support issues
• Maintain and update the solutions database, ensuring accurate logging and tracking of incidents from identification through resolution

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a relevant field
• Proficiency in managing/programming interface engines
• Knowledge of hospital equipment and programs, including SHA Information Systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Associate's degree in a computer science-related field
• Experience managing/programming API technologies
• Background in database administration
• Familiarity with customer support processes and techniques
