What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Prepare daily deposits for the bank and manage vendor billing in Sage
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of all bills and track monthly recurring expenses
• Manage company credit cards, including expense reporting and reconciliation
• Provide input on performance issues to senior management and assist with correspondence
• Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to complete responsibilities

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the accounting field preferred
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field preferred
• Strong analytical skills to prioritize information and draw accurate conclusions
• Ability to take responsibility for organizing time and completing tasks

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience with Sage accounting software
• Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting processes
• Strong communication skills for facilitating correspondence
• Previous experience working on ad hoc projects in a professional setting
