Key Responsibilities
 Address a diverse array of customer inquiries via online chat
 Deliver precise information regarding products and services through chat interactions
 Gather appointment-related details to facilitate scheduling
 Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of our constantly evolving products and services
 Accumulate customer contact details for lead generation and subsequent client evaluations
 Summarize customer interactions based on their needs for client review
Required Skills
 Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on maintaining a fast-paced work environment
 Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently; prior gaming experience is advantageous
 Positive, professional demeanor with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
 Basic proficiency in internet usage and window-based computer skills
 Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM, with a preference for 40 WPM or above
Qualifications
 Prior experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is preferred but not mandatory
 Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
 Candidates should be able to pass a background check
 At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, call center, or office setting is preferred
