Key Responsibilities
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Oversee the management of the general ledger and generate customized reports as necessary.
• Exhibit exceptional time management skills and responsiveness in all tasks.

Required Skills
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential, with certification preferred but not mandatory.
• A solid understanding of GAAP principles.
• Strong time management capabilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in long-term care facilities, such as nursing homes, is advantageous, particularly concerning government grants and funding.

Qualifications
• Expertise in QuickBooks Online is critical for this role.
• Previous experience in bookkeeping and familiarity with financial principles is required. Experience in long-term care settings is a plus.
