Key Responsibilities

 Training & Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to new or less experienced staff, ensuring they understand their role and company values

 Escalated Inquiries: Investigate and resolve escalated customer service inquiries, ensuring a positive outcome

Qualifications
 Required: AssociateÂs Degree (minimum)
 Preferred: BachelorÂs Degree
Job Requirements
 Experience: 1 to 3 years of customer service experience preferred

 Customer Retention: Experience in account retention and building lasting customer relationships
