About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Account Executive with a strong background in B2B sales and a passion for driving revenue growth. This role will be instrumental in building and optimizing our outbound sales function, leveraging modern sales tools, and developing relationships with enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a remote, entrepreneurial environment and excel at using data-driven strategies to achieve results.
We are looking for an Account Executive specifically with these requirements:  Excellent English written and verbal communication skills  Minimum of 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of selling 5-6 figure ARR contracts. Experience leading sales efforts in a company scaling from 7 to 8 figures in revenue is a plus  Expertise in utilizing modern sales tools such as Clay, HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, SmartLead, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn automation platforms  Demonstrated ability to optimize outreach campaigns using AI and automation tools while maintaining high conversion rates  Experience in managing enterprise accounts with complex buying cycles  Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to pipeline management and sales process optimization  Proven ability to design, document, and implement scalable sales processes and workflows  Exceptional time management, organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively  Comfortable executing 40+ outbound calls daily and consistently engaging with prospective clients
Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):
 Drive new business growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing enterprise-level deals within industries such as construction, environmental services, and related sectors
 Develop and implement modern, technology-driven sales strategies using automation tools, CRMs, and multi-channel outreach methods (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)
 Build scalable and efficient sales systems, creating detailed documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
 Analyze sales performance metrics and pipeline data, identifying opportunities for improved conversion rates and optimized processes
 Attend industry trade shows to establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target markets
 Oversee the implementation and management of sales automation tools, ensuring seamless integration with CRM systems
 Lay the groundwork for future sales team expansion by identifying talent needs and supporting hiring and onboarding efforts
