Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Client Services professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services and SaaS, with a strong understanding of market dynamics. This role involves managing client accounts, utilizing Salesforce, and ensuring excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Utilize Salesforce to track client interactions and manage accounts effectively
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
• Manage projects related to client services, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and issues
• Communicate effectively with clients to build strong relationships and foster trust
• Conduct account management activities to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Experience
• Proven experience in financial services or related industry
• Familiarity with SaaS products and services
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth
• Proficiency in customer relationship management tools like Salesforce
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month
