Requirements: • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong understanding of YouTube platform features and community guidelines. • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment. • Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills, particularly in sensitive or contentious situations. • Prior experience in online community management or moderation is a plus but not required. • Must have a reliable internet connection and access to necessary communication tools.
