Why this job – REVENUE ACCOUNTING MANAGER:

Growth opportunity with a CPG company redefining health and wellness. This newly created Revenue Accounting Manager role will significantly impact the day-to-day as well as have the opportunity to work with senior leadership around process creation and strategy development. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and legal teams to ensure proper accounting treatment of contracts and revenue transactions.

What You'll Actually Do:
• Manage and oversee the revenue reconciliation and AR process, including accurate tracking and reconciliation of promotions, discounts, and trade accruals
• Generate monthly revenue and gross margin analysis, identifying key trends and variances
• Support annual audit preparation
• Identify and implement best practices to improve revenue reconciliation processes
• Supervise, mentor, and train a direct report

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related business field
• 5+ years of accounting experience with 1+ years of supervising or review
• CPG experience required /trade accruals needed
• Experience with large retailers – Target/Walmart/Costco required
• Large ERP experience/NetSuite a +
• Experience with payroll accounting or Bill.com a +
• Great attitude with a passion for continued learning
• Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Where and How Much:
• Target Compensation $120K + Bonus
• 100% Remote Denver/ could also office in Los Angeles or Austin
