 Responsible for business development & account management leadership as VP, Global Sales.
 Drive sales quota for business developing to increase company revenue to 75%+.
 Develop effective growth strategies based on market opportunities and team performance.
 Collaborate with multiple teams and lead initiatives enhancing revenue growth.
 Hire, coach, and retain top sales talent for a growing company.
Requirements: Â Must be someone who enjoys the entrepreneurial atmosphere of a growing company with the experience of scaling up an enterprise to significant organization size and revenues. Â Experience working in a dynamic environment is strongly desired as well as experience growing a company or territory from nominal revenues to phenomenal revenues at least once in your career. Â Proven track record of driving multi-million growth businesses 20%+ year-over-year. Â Scaling SaaS or tech sales teams preferably in Enterprise with 12+ years sales leadership experience. Â Strong experience selling annual and multi-year subscriptions with the ability to coach/mentor legacy sales leads into this selling motion. Â Demonstrates forward-thinking approaches to selling techniques in a rapidly changing environment. Â Excellent skills in complex problem solving, project management, change management, & group process. Â Must exhibit efficiency, collaboration, candor, openness, & results orientation. Â Lead by example. Â Need someone that is very self-motivated, mature and humble. Â Proven coach of sales leaders and account executives. Â Demonstrated ability to grow Account Executives into quota over-achievers and develop sales management. Â Experience is rooted in understanding sales is about process (e.g. activities lead to closes) and can easily talk to how an average week should be structured. Â The leader has a proven track record of and desire to run a data-driven business. Â Experience with Salesforce and other sales related solutions is a must. Â Experience in the market research industry required, specifically automation tools and systems is highly preferred.
