The Vice President of Customer Engagement at Emails will be responsible for driving the overall customer engagement strategy, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience across all channels. This role demands a visionary leader who can harness insights and analytics to foster deeper relationships between our customers and our brand.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute comprehensive customer engagement strategies that align with Emails' business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction
• Leverage data analytics to gain insights into customer journeys and inform decision-making
• Work collaboratively across departments to maintain unified messaging and support customer engagement initiatives across sales and support
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to improving customer engagement efforts and increasing loyalty
• Stay current with industry trends and innovative practices to keep Emails at the forefront of customer engagement

Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer engagement, marketing, or a related field, with strong leadership capabilities
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer engagement strategies
• Expertise in using CRM systems and customer data analytics tools
• Excellent communication skills, effective in presenting to stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
