 Leverage data analytics to gain insights into customer journeys and inform decision-making
 Work collaboratively across departments to maintain unified messaging and support customer engagement initiatives across sales and support
 Lead and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to improving customer engagement efforts and increasing loyalty
 Stay current with industry trends and innovative practices to keep Emails at the forefront of customer engagement
Requirements
 Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer engagement, marketing, or a related field, with strong leadership capabilities
 Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer engagement strategies
 Expertise in using CRM systems and customer data analytics tools
 Excellent communication skills, effective in presenting to stakeholders at all levels
 Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
