Description:
 *Responsibilities**
 Prepare and input journal entries and reconciliations to ensure financial report accuracy
 Conduct monthly account reconciliations and analyze balance sheet accounts, documenting flux analysis
 Develop and document accounting policies and procedures
 Lead process improvement initiatives collaboratively
 Engage with internal and external auditors
 Provide accurate operational financial statements by partnering with operations colleagues
 Participate in various accounting projects and meetings as assigned
 Collaborate with accounts payable to ensure proper expense coding
 Assist in reviewing fixed asset accounts for compliance
 Perform ad-hoc accounting projects as necessary
 Implement accounting policies to enhance efficiency
 Follow GAAP for financial statements
 Analyze and interpret financial data for reporting
 Prepare budgets and financial reports for review
 Support accounting operations and automation efforts
 Participate in SOX compliance testing
 Conduct variance analysis for monthly close processes
 Identify and implement process improvements
 Respond to financial inquiries and gather data for analysis
 Perform other assigned duties
 *Qualifications**
 BachelorÂs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
 Strong knowledge of GAAP
 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Effective business and financial discernment
 High level of accountability and work ethic
 Excellent written and oral communication skills
 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
 Strong organizational skills and initiative
 Curiosity and ability to analyze high volumes of data
 Experience working independently and as part of a team
 Proficiency in Excel
