International Inside Sales Representative

We are searching for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Latin America and APAC teams. To drive sales growth, you will work closely with our BDM; s, dealers, and distributors to facilitate sales and shipments to ensure our budgetary goals are being met.
The Inside Sales Representative will function as a liaison between sales and multiple departments, both inside and outside the organization. You will have direct contact with our customers, where you will create, build, and maintain a strong business relationship.
Ideally, this will role will be based out of Scottsdale, AZ but consideration will be given to remote candidates.
Essential Functions:
 Represent the complete portfolio of Fender, Specialty, and PreSonus Brands
 Process all orders, as they pertain to both Drop Ships/ DC orders and facilitate shipments.
 Coordinate sales efforts with Business Development Managers daily
 Provide Sales Support to the International Dealer network.
 Provide information regarding availability, current promotions, open order status and shipping details.
 Attend all Product and Sales Meetings
 Maintain CRM database to include customer notes.
 Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:  Fluency in Spanish preferred  2-5 years experience in a sales or customer service position.  SAP, Excel, and CRM experience  Strong organizational and analytical skills  Self-motivated  Passion for the brand and product  Superior customer service skills  Ability to multi-task

Please note that it is not typical for a Fender employee to be at or near the top of the pay scale for their role  especially as a new hire  and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Subject to the foregoing, the current pay scale for this position is $15.96/hr  $21.25/hr
