WHAT IS YOUR ROLE
As a Provider Relations Specialist you will support provider and patient outreach efforts for our new Babylist Health marketing campaign. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outreach to provider offices, encouraging them to opt-in to marketing materials, and fostering relationships to enhance our presence within the healthcare community. Additionally, you will assist with patient engagement efforts by emailing patients and helping to coordinate and keep track of the patient-targeted marketing campaign. This is a dynamic role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
Provider Outreach
 Conduct outbound calls to medical provider offices
 Demonstrate high motivation and determination to achieve target-driven goals
 Encourage providers and office managers to opt into receiving marketing materials.
 Engage with providers via email or phone to confirm receipt and placement of marketing materials.
Patient Engagement Support:
 Email a list of targeted patients to share Babylist Health materials
 Track and document patient compliance with campaign requirements (e.g., submission of proof of material delivery).
Documentation and Reporting:
 Accurately log call outcomes and responses in the designated tracking system.
 Maintain detailed records of successful contacts, opt-ins, and follow-ups.
 Provide regular updates on outreach progress.
Feedback and Improvement:
 Identify and report common challenges or objections encountered during outreach to inform strategy adjustments.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
 Coordinate with Babylist Health team members to ensure alignment on outreach goals and messaging.
 Communicate with internal teams in slack
Follow-up Outreach:
 Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure compliance with agreed-upon marketing material usage.
Adherence to Best Practices:
 Maintain professionalism in all interactions with providers and patients.
 Ensure adherence to all relevant privacy and regulatory guidelines during outreach activities.

 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or outreach roles, preferably involving cold-calling or engaging with office managers.
 Proactive problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changes.
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
 Basic understanding of the healthcare industry or familiarity with medical office operations is a plus.
 Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with warm leads through phone interactions.
 Ability to quickly learn and use CRM or call-tracking systems for managing outreach efforts.
 Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and other collaboration tools (i.e. Assembled shift management, Zendesk, Slack and Zoom).
 Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to address objections or challenges
 Team-oriented mindset for collaborating with cross-functional teams and sharing feedback to improve processes.
 Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written, to effectively engage with U.S.-based healthcare providers and patients.
 Dependable attendance and internet connection.
TIMESHIFT REQUIREMENTS
 Shift schedules may vary depending on business needs but will primarily cover U.S. office hours (9 AMÂ6 PM EST)
 Commitment to a 6-month minimum contract term with potential for ongoing work if the project scales successfully.
