What you'll be responsible for:
The Practice Operations Specialist acts as the core administrative support for the operations of the Neurology Practice. This allows the Director of Practice Administration to focus on strategy, growth, client relationships, and clinician relationships, the Program Liaison team to focus on clinician support, and the Clinical Administration team to focus on clinical quality and workflow. They are responsible for maintaining smooth functioning of the Practice's administrative back end, including administrative databases, analytics and reporting, new projects, change management, training and onboarding, resources for clinicians, billing, and revenue cycle management.
What you'll work on:
 Support administrative tasks required for core Practice operations
 Maintain Practice's core databases, especially for client-facing data (eg, Excel, Salesforce, CRM Dynamics)
 Master key resources for reporting and analytics (eg, Salesforce)
 Partner closely with Analytics team for advanced reporting
 Build and sustain expertise in Practice back end (data warehouse, accounting, billing, revenue cycle)
 Execute administrative tasks related to Practice growth and change (eg, new client go-lives, new service lines)
 Support monthly billing and revenue accuracy and timeliness
 Lead, support, and execute special projects in Practice administration
 Collaborate with clinician-facing Practice Liaison team on processes and policies
 Build and sustain productive relationships with key teams (eg, Clinical leadership, Clinical Admin, Accounting, Payroll, Revenue, Contracts, Analytics, Product, IT, Data Warehouse)
 Lead change management, muster support, convene stakeholders, drive consensus
 Partner closely with Clinical Admin to develop new processes for practice administration
 Problem-solve independently and impactfully on development of new processes
 Build, sustain, cascade, and maintain new tools and resources to solve problems
 Bring external expertise and industry practices to bear
 Maintain team internal materials for onboarding and training; help onboard and train new members of the Neurology Practice Administration team
 Identify and pursue opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency
 Communicate closely with Practice Admin leadership, escalate timely and productively, dissent constructively
 Take ownership of scope and role-model closed-loop communication
 Prioritize smartly, anticipating lead times, and maintaining visibility of all projects

What you'll bring to Access TeleCare:
 Bachelor's degree, with preference given to study in business administration, healthcare administration or related fields
 At least 2 years' experience in healthcare provider administration
 Proficiency in electronic practice and health record management systems
 Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
 Comfort with tools for quantitative analytics, especially Excel, Salesforce, and/orTableau
 Proficient interpersonal communication skills, both written and spoken
 Excellent organizational and time management skills
 Demonstrate an understanding of standard clinical procedures, laws and regulations
 Ability to work independently, but function as part of a team
 Detailed-oriented, with excellent task follow-through
 High reliability in follow-through of tasks
 Flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks with guidance
 Ability to thrive in a high growth fast paced organization
 Able to work primarily remote with willingness to potentially travel occasionally to headquarters for key meetings, candidates from Dallas area slightly preferred but not required
 Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
