Responsibilities: "> "> Â Install, configure, and support Epic client software and infrastructure components"> Â Implement and maintain high-performance and secure Epic client systems"> Â Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions"> Â Provide expert-level technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders"> Â Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical processes and procedures"> Â Identify areas for improvement and contribute to process enhancements"> Â Analyze and resolve complex technical issues"> Â Develop and deliver training sessions to colleagues on Epic client systems and infrastructure"> Â Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and strategic plans"> Â Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies"> ">
Requirements: "> "> Â High School Diploma/G.E.D. required"> Â Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred"> Â At least 3-5 years of experience in IT, preferably in a similar role"> Â Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills"> Â Strong communication and interpersonal skills"> Â Familiarity with Agile development methodologies"> Â Certifications in Epic, Citrix, or VMware a plus"> ">
