Expand Provider Network: Develop and implement strategies to expand Humana's network of behavioral health providers, including identifying and recruiting new providers.

Negotiate Contracts: Lead negotiations with behavioral health providers to secure contracts that are mutually beneficial and align with Humana's business goals.

Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on Medicaid regulations and ensure that all provider contracts are in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Monitor Performance: Monitor provider performance and contract compliance, and work with providers to address any issues or concerns.

Foster Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with providers, serving as a liaison between Humana and our network of providers.

Analyze Data: Utilize data analysis to identify trends and develop strategies to improve network performance and optimize contract negotiations.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments such as Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure seamless implementation of provider contracts and resolve any issues that may arise.

Stay Informed: Stay informed on industry trends, market changes, and competitor strategies to make informed decisions and remain competitive in the market.

Drive Quality: Advocate for high-quality behavioral health services and work towards improving the overall health outcomes of Humana's members.

Represent Humana: Serve as a representative of Humana in all interactions with providers, maintaining a professional and positive image of the company.
