Dental Lab Operations Director (Remote)

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:
• Provide day-to-day leadership over the operations of various lab locations, including all workflows, processes, and procedures from development to execution
• Liaise with location managers to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide operational compliance
• Define, revise, and implement operational policies and guidelines for the organization
• Improve performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies; develop and execute new growth directives
• Assist in a plan for developing a sales and marketing strategy that integrates with the corporate sales team to attain budgeted sales revenue goals
• Develop and monitor revenue margins, operating expenses, and budgets in conjunction with the CFO
• Oversight of all administration, production, sales/marketing, employee management, and quality/safety activities of the lab
• All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or equivalent work experience. CDT or equivalent preferred. • 5+ years in leadership experience as senior management, large dental laboratory/industry experience required • Direct experience defining, deploying, and continuously improving operations and management processes • Superior knowledge of industry regulations and operational guidelines • Outstanding negotiation skills • Excellent written and oral communication • Proficient with MS Office and various business software • Occasional travel required • All new hires will be required to pass our standard employee background check*
