• Managing implementations for large-scale retail organizations (global reach, multiple locations, or high end-user counts)

Ideal Qualifications: • Extensive experience with UKG Pro HCM and Payroll modules, with a focus on best practices • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-location project teams effectively • UKG Pro-focused Certifications (preferred but not required for top-tier candidates) • A history of driving results in high-pressure, large-scale implementation environments
