We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to drive growth within the life insurance industry. In this role, you will be responsible for selling AI-driven solutions to life insurance companies, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers, and leveraging your industry expertise to expand our client base. Your ability to connect with C-level executives and effectively communicate the value of AI technology will be crucial to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain Relationships with Life and annuity insurers, brokers, BGAs and distributors
 Identify and engage key decision-makers at life insurance companies.
 Build and nurture long-term relationships to drive adoption of our AI solutions.
Expand Presence in Small/Medium-Sized Insurance Companies
 Adapt your sales approach to meet the unique needs of mid-sized life insurance providers.
 Establish credibility and trust in organizations with varying levels of AI adoption.
Drive Sales Growth
 Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
 Develop targeted outreach strategies using LinkedIn, conferences, cold calls, and email campaigns.
Leverage Data & Analytics in Sales Strategy
 Utilize analytical insights to identify market trends and tailor sales pitches.
 Work with internal teams to optimize messaging and positioning based on industry needs.
Engage with C-Level Executives
 Present and demonstrate the strategic value of our AI technology to C level managers.
 Understand their challenges and position our solutions as a competitive advantage.
Requirements:  Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling AI, SaaS, or analytics-driven solutions to life insurance companies  Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role  Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles  Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus  Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships  Organizational and time-management skills  A business acumen  Enthusiastic and passionate  BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing  Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics in sales strategies.  Experience working with small to mid-sized insurance companies is a plus.
