About the position

Corporate Payroll Services is seeking a Payroll/Data Entry Specialist for their Atlanta branch's New Accounts Setup Department. This role involves customer support through phone and email, entering payroll data, and processing payroll for clients. Ideal candidates will have experience in data entry, customer service, or call center environments.

Responsibilities
• Data entry and import of data into payroll system
,
• Review data for completeness and accuracy
,
• Report potential issues to customer(s)
,
• Calculate and process payroll-related changes
,
• Research and escalate issues to the support team to resolve customer or system problems
,
• Verify payroll output against reports
,
• Provide excellent customer service while handling inbound calls
,
• Provide excellent customer service via email support.

Requirements
• Call center experience a plus
,
• Strong data entry and phone-based support skills
,
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
,
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
,
• Experience using Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
