We are seeking a Director of Agile Product Management for Digital Acquisition, who will lead the digital experiences across our Storefront and Sales Applications. This role involves close collaboration with various departments including Product, Marketing, Design, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to bring digital experiences to market and achieve production targets. The successful candidate will build and lead a new team focused on developing repeatable patterns and integrating with other parts of the enterprise to empower the Digital Acquisition Product Vertical teams. The Director will champion audience management and personalization across various storefront experiences, working with the Enterprise to utilize existing services or advocate for new developments. This position requires leading a team responsible for delivering solutions for Bank products using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with the Bank's objectives and overall business strategy. The role also involves making funding allocation decisions to drive end-user value while ensuring compliance with all regulatory policies and processes. We offer a flexible work environment, requiring in-office presence four days a week, with potential locations including San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Charlotte, NC, or Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Responsibilities
 Lead agile teams in developing solutions that align with the Bank's business objectives and strategy.

 Craft and implement policies and processes for delivering agile methodologies that meet business results.

 Accountable for Team-of-Teams level Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and empower teams to deliver business outcomes.

 Manage project assignments and prioritize work for Agile teams.

 Oversee deliverables to ensure timely progress and alignment with objectives.

 Make data-driven decisions related to funding and resource allocation.

 Foster positive team dynamics, encourage collaboration, and drive achievement of goals and OKRs.

 Ensure projects are completed within financial regulatory and compliance policies, mitigating identified risks.

 Apply expert knowledge to remove escalated impediments and assist in conflict resolution.

 Coordinate, coach, and support leaders and teams in Agile principles, values, and practices.

 Maintain communication with stakeholders, including Senior Leaders, regarding project status.

 Build consensus across the organization and partner with external resources to meet expectations.

 Recruit, develop, retain, coach, and manage team members dedicated to excellence.
Requirements
 Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
,
 8+ years' experience in product development, process improvement, project delivery, or business/requirements analysis, including 2+ years in a financial services organization.

 3+ years of direct team leadership experience or leading large matrixed, cross-functional teams.
,
 Experience in marketing, strategy, digital, process, or user experience design within a financial organization.
,
 Knowledge of Agile Scrum best practices and experience as a product owner for a scrum team.

 Experience with multiple technical software delivery methodologies such as Agile and SAFe.
,
 Experience analyzing business requirements and process flows to identify opportunities for streamlining business processes in accordance with risk management framework and regulatory requirements.

 Comprehensive experience in applicable banking regulatory and compliance policies.

 Experience with Digital Sales & Product as a Leader/Coach.

 Familiarity with Adobe Experience - Analytics, AEM, Target, Audience Manager.

 Experience in developing a digital strategy and roadmap aligned with the Line of Business (LOB).
