What You'll Do

As a Sales Leader at The leadership Thread, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to help dental specialists reach their “moonshot.” Your day-to-day will include:
• Driving Sales Success: Generate and nurture leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing client relationships.
• Building Relationships That Matter: Call on hard-to-reach specialists (periodontists, oral surgeons, and endodontists), overcoming gatekeepers to connect with decision-makers.
• Creating Opportunities: Introduce dental specialists to the Moonshot Program and demonstrate how our proven growth framework can unlock their practice’s full potential.
• Tracking Your Progress: Build and manage a self-designed system to organize leads, referrals, and conversions.
• Collaborating for Impact: Partner with the leadership team to align sales strategies with broader marketing and business initiatives.
• Delivering Results: Achieve ambitious sales targets, including generating 100+ referrals and converting 60+ specialists into Moonshot Program members.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a driven and ambitious sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll need:
• Experience: A proven track record in sales, especially selling to busy, high-level professionals like doctors, dentists, or specialists. Experience in the dental industry and with specialists is a significant advantage.
• Skills: Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to navigate gatekeepers and foster trust with clients. Strong organizational skills to manage a self-driven lead-tracking system.
• Mindset: A hunger for success, creativity in problem-solving, and an entrepreneurial drive to go above and beyond to achieve goals.
• Work Style: Comfort working independently in a remote setting while collaborating closely with a high-performing, tight-knit team.
