In Your First Month, YouÂll:
 Become fluent in vComÂs Go-To-Market strategy
 Familiarize yourself with our Mobile and IoT partners in addition to QuantumShift by vCom's products and services
 Join our management team and collaborate on our mutual goals
 Meet your team members and learn about their career goals
 Become familiar with vManager and begin work toward becoming vManager Certified
 Attend customer sales appointments
In Your First 3 Months, YouÂll:
 Become vManager Certified
 Lead day to day execution of your teamÂs sales activities
 Own the responsibility for your teamÂs forecasting and funnel activities
 Lead your team in actively targeting and engaging existing customers
 Identify opportunities for process improvements and areas of growth
In Your First 6 Months, YouÂll:
 Be fully engaged in the role, operating autonomously and collaborating with team members and other sales leaders
 Hold regular reviews with your team members to ensure career development, quality funnel management, quota attainment, etcÂ
What YouÂll Do:
 Demonstrate commitment to vComÂs core values by leading, acting, and behaving in a manner consistent with these values
 Be one of vComÂs key evangelists and inspire others to evangelize the value we deliver
 Recruit, hire, and provide professional development for your sales team
 Manage each team member to achieve successful results through activity-based metrics
 Train and coach your sales team to implement vComÂs RevGen strategy
 Establish goals with each team member
 Produce sales reports, monthly forecasting, and track the sales funnel for your team
 Evaluate sales practices and processes to determine if they are having the desired impact
 Develop relationships with prospective customers to understand the customers business strategies and utilize consultative positioning to define and create solutions around vComÂs services to meet their needs
Travel:
 Travel frequently for training, meetings, and customer engagement, enhancing relationship building  averaging 2 trips per month
What YouÂll Bring:
 5+ years in Mobile and IoT B2B sales experience required
 Ability to manage team members and provide career development to them
 Must be a self-starter, resourceful and willing to take initiative
 Excellent verbal and exceptional written communication skills, with ability to communicate complex technology concepts and application
 Excellent time management and organizational skills
 Management of team members in order to meet or exceed quota targets
 Able to successfully interact with customers and understand the needs of each unique organization
 Able to maintain professional poise and comfort leading discussions with decision makers, end-users, technology professionals, and vCom team members
 Ability to quickly become an expert in vCom's model and our value proposition

 BA / BS in related field

Travel:
 Travel frequently for training, meetings, and customer engagement, enhancing relationship building  averaging 2 trips per month
Compensation:
 Annual salary range: $115,000-$130,000
 Annual commission potential: $100,000
 Commission plan is uncapped
 Compensation is determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and geographic location
 Comprehensive benefits package offered to full-time employees
The Selection Process:
 After submitting a resume, qualified candidates will be invited to complete two separate assessments
 Once the assessments are completed, candidates will participate in a pre-screening phone screen with Human Resources
 A select group of candidates will be interviewed (rounds of interviews may include the sales team, managers, and executive team)
