The Branch Operations Lead Trainee plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency within the branch. This position involves collaborating with the Branch Manager and other team members to create a welcoming environment, assist customers with their financial transactions, and promote self-service options. The trainee will also be responsible for adhering to banking policies and procedures while supporting the overall branch operations.
Responsibilities
 Work with the Branch Manager to set the tone of the branch environment for exceptional customer experience.

 Engage clients as they enter the branch, welcoming them and managing lobby traffic.

 Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies.

 Introduce customers to the branch team for specialized financial assistance.

 Share and set up self-service options for customers to access their accounts 24/7.

 Support the Branch Manager with loss control, compliance, and audit standards.
Requirements
 High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.

 Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task.

 Dedication to following policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

 Availability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
