Position: Financial Crimes Quality Control Analyst (Remote in Atlanta, GA or Jacksonville, FL)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Conduct reviews of alert assessments, case investigations, and EDD reviews to ensure proper analysis
• Report and track quality control results, determining necessary follow-up actions
• Draft quality control scorecards to summarize findings for management
• Provide feedback to AML operations staff and management on QC results
• Analyze and communicate enhancements to address identified risks or gaps in processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High school diploma or GED required
• 2-5 years of industry-related experience
• Knowledge of BSA/AML rules, laws, and regulations, including the USA PATRIOT Act
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and sound analytical skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Criminal Justice, or a related field
• CAMS certification
• Working knowledge of a bank operating environment and applicable systems
• Ability to build relationships and be a self-starter
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
