Key Responsibilities

 Make over 100 calls daily to connect with prospective clients.
 Build and nurture relationships with clients both remotely and through in-person interactions.
 Collaborate with local professionals to establish a strong referral network.
 Evaluate client needs and provide informed recommendations for optimal insurance coverage.
 Educate clients on the significance of comprehensive insurance protection.
Required Skills
 Exceptional ability to foster relationships and adeptly handle client objections.
 Self-driven with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to client service.
 Excellent communication capabilities to engage clients effectively.
 Capacity to manage multiple tasks and follow up diligently on leads and client inquiries.
 Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is advantageous.
Qualifications
 Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Allstate or a comparable agency (REQUIRED).

 A valid Property & Casualty Insurance License (REQUIRED).
