Key Responsibilities
• Schedule and secure initial meetings with senior executives on behalf of our clients.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, analyze performance data, and develop strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with the research team to optimize prospect lists and ensure high-quality outreach.
• Confirm meetings, generate detailed reports, and provide strategic sales consultation to clients.
• Grasp complex client offerings to prepare for prospect interactions and participate in internal and client meetings.

Required Skills
• A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in securing meetings with executive-level prospects (C-level, SVP, VP, Director).
• Exceptional sales skills with the ability to establish rapport and engage prospects effectively.
• Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, file sharing, and videoconferencing tools like Zoom.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a methodical approach to tasks.

Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
