Audit Senior Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Senior Associate to join our team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and auditing, and will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services to our clients while mentoring junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Document and communicate audit findings to clients effectively
• Supervise and mentor junior staff throughout the audit process
• Perform data analysis to support audit procedures and findings
• Maintain and enhance client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit standards
• Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing support

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on auditing
• CPA certification is preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of GAAP and auditing standards
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in documenting and managing client files
• Experience in supervising and training junior staff
• Analytical mindset with strong data analysis skills
• Familiarity with internal controls and compliance measures
