Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Senior Associate to join our team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and auditing, and will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services to our clients while mentoring junior staff members.
Key Responsibilities
 Lead and execute audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients
 Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
 Document and communicate audit findings to clients effectively
 Supervise and mentor junior staff throughout the audit process
 Perform data analysis to support audit procedures and findings
 Maintain and enhance client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
 Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit standards
 Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing support
Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
 3-5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on auditing
 CPA certification is preferred but not required
 Strong understanding of GAAP and auditing standards
 Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
 Proficient in documenting and managing client files
 Experience in supervising and training junior staff
 Analytical mindset with strong data analysis skills
 Familiarity with internal controls and compliance measures
