About the Role:
As a High-Ticket Closer, youÂll conduct 3-4 daily strategy sessions over Zoom with warm inbound leads. These 90-minute, one-call close consultations focus on enrolling clients into personal development and life coaching certification programs.
This role is designed for full-time professionals who are passionate about personal development and thrive in a structured, high-performance sales environment. Candidates must be available to work Pacific time hours and participate in daily team standups.
Responsibilities: Â Conduct 3-4 daily strategy sessions via Zoom with warm, pre-qualified leads. Â Use a consultative, heart-centered sales approach to enroll clients into high-ticket personal development programs. Â Build trust and rapport with a predominately female audience, guiding them toward transformational decisions. Â Accurately track and manage sales opportunities in the CRM. Â Participate in daily 8 am Pacific time standup meetings and ongoing training sessions.
Required Experience:
 One-Call Close Expertise: 3+ years of proven success in one-call close environments, preferably with high-ticket offers (timeshare sales experience is highly valued).
 Selling to Women: Demonstrated success selling to a predominantly female audience, understanding their unique needs and motivations.
 Full-Time Commitment: Fully commit to 8-hour workdays at your desk, with a calendar packed with calls.
 Remote Sales Skills: Strong experience conducting sales via Zoom or similar platforms.
 B2C High-Ticket Sales: Proven ability to succeed in a high-pressure, high-performance sales environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
 100% Commission: Earn 7-20% commission based on which of the offerings youre on.
 Earning Potential:
 Minimum to stay on the team: $100k-$120k/year
 Average Closers: $140k-$160k/year (after 3 months).
 Top Performers: $290k-$350k+/year.
 Full-time W2 position with benefits after 90 days for North American candidates.
 Open to international candidates who meet the role requirements.
Work Environment:
 Pacific Time Zone Hours: Work 8-hour shifts, 8 am-6 pm PT, with one weekend day required.
 Shifts available: Tuesday-Saturday, Sunday-Thursday, or if preferred Wednesday-Sunday.
 Structured Schedule: Conduct 3-4 back-to-back strategy sessions per day, each lasting 90 minutes.
 Professional Setup: Must have a home office setup suitable for video sales calls.
