The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Director will drive the organization's commitment to DEIB by developing impactful programs and utilizing data-driven insights to improve training and resources.
In Short
 Develops and maintains DEIB training and initiatives.
 Provides strategic direction for DEIB initiatives.
 Partners with teams to embed equity in systems and processes.
 Utilizes data to inform DEIB initiatives.
 Manages multiple DEIB projects simultaneously.
 Acts as a DEIB subject matter expert.
 Leads strategies for professional development.
 Ensures effective communication of DEIB goals.
 Commits to IHI values and anti-racism.
 Occasional travel required.
Requirements
 Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
 10-15 years of experience in DEI programming.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools.
 Professional-level English proficiency.
 Experience in non-profit or consulting organizations preferred.
 Ability to lead and manage DEIB initiatives.
 Commitment to equity and societal improvement.
 Ability to adapt to changing trends.
 Experience in remote and global organizations preferred.
 Capability to work in a professional home office setup.
