The Inside Sales Executive for Business Cards & Payments at Capital One is responsible for building long-term relationships with business owners and helping them optimize their use of Capital One's Business Card products. This role involves a consultative approach to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, ultimately aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
 Identifying and reaching out to businesses to grow the Capital One brand.

 Serving as a dedicated point of contact for Business Card Customers.

 Acquiring new Capital One Business Card clients within a designated territory.
,
 Securing appointments directly with new prospects via cold calling, networking, and referrals.
,
 Engaging in phone consultations with business owners to learn about their needs and recommend products.

 Effectively managing a pipeline of clients and prospects.
,
 Analyzing a business's total spend to identify the right card product and additional opportunities.
,
 Assisting businesses with incorporating the card into their purchasing platform and bookkeeping software.

 Achieving incremental charge volume targets.

 Ensuring compliance in all client activities and follow-up using Salesforce.com.
Requirements
 At least 2 years of acquisitions experience or outbound sales experience.

 Strong communication and active listening skills.
,
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

 Demonstrated ability to drive business results while delivering superior service.

 Proficiency using Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

 Proficiency using Google Suite.

 Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
