About the Job:
As an Enterprise Sales Manager (IT / SaaS), you will be responsible for winning business from new customers and managing relationships with the companyÂs customers.
What you will do:
 Being the first contact point for any new leads
 Being primarily responsible for opening new accounts and sustaining strategic customer relationships by selling the companyÂs complete portfolio of solutions
 Delivering on the tactical sales plans, following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings and product demos as necessary
 Making the company a top recall in the Fintech/NBFC/BFSI fabric of the assigned territory
 Carrying a sales target and hitting the target as often as possible
 Acting as a bridge between customers and the product team when it comes to feedback and product customizations
 Positioning the company effectively to win additional revenue from existing customers through upselling of new products and solutions launched
 Being a leader at industry events/conferences by actively networking and evangelizing the companyÂs value proposition
 Promptly updating every action item/customer detail with regular (fortnightly/monthly) reports to be presented to the reporting manager/management
 Staying abreast with current affairs especially within and around the BFSI sector in India
What you need to have:
 MBA required, preferably from a Tier I institute
 4-6 years direct selling experience in Technology Products/Services/Solutions primarily in a B2B environment
 2+ years SaaS experience preferred
 Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
 Experience and comfort in working with Finance and Fintech industry customers
 Ability to open new doors and manage accounts as an individual contributor
 Strong knowledge in pricing and revenue models
 Ability to understand clientÂs business and impact analysis of solutions being proposed
 Ability to manage conversations at the CXO level and relationship management
 Understanding of the Fintech/NBFC/BFSI segment, must have delivered solutions/products there successfully
 Proven track record of achieving revenue numbers
