Qualifications: • Experience in mortgage lending, banking, or financial services. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients. • A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to continuous learning. • Proficiency in using CRM software and understanding of the digital mortgage landscape. • NMLS license
