The RaytheonÂs Enterprise Quality Management System Audit Team is looking for a Lead Auditor who will work with all employees throughout the organization. The role requires a strong understanding of ISO9001 and AS9100, effective communication skills and the ability to work alone.
This is a ÂRemote role and will require frequent travel.
Note: *This position requires up to 75% travel and can be located anywhere within the domestic US, located within convenient access to a major US airport.
What You Will Do
 Lead, conduct, and plan Enterprise Audits across RaytheonÂs certified sites for compliance to ISO9001 or AS9100 series of standards in support of RaytheonÂs Enterprise Quality Management System(s).
 Perform all formal responsibilities such as audit team selection; audit planning; representing the audit team with Raytheon site stakeholders; conducting opening meeting, daily debrief(s) and closing meeting with management; completing the final audit report.
 Participate in weekly Corrective Action Review Board meetings to review and approve/reject all formal corrective actions.
 Serve as liaison and interface to RaytheonÂs Certification body (NQA) during site certification or recertification audits. Facilitate NQA audit schedules, logistics, and closure of corrective actions.
 Analyze audit performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement; recommend and facilitate Enterprise level improvement initiatives and actions.
 Conduct comprehensive audit preparation and planning based on historical and current performance data.
 Support special audits and assessments as required by Raytheon Business units.
 Lead Auditor certification (AEA), including AATT (Aerospace Auditor Transition Training) certification to be completed within 4 to 12 months of accepting position.
Qualifications You Must Have
 Typically requires a BachelorÂs Degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in the following areas;
 Audit experience related to ISO9001 or AS9100 standards.
 Minimum 4 years of Aerospace work experience.
 Current certification as either an Aerospace Auditor (AA) or Aerospace Experienced Auditor (AEA), and/or the ability to certify within one year.
 Experience presenting audit results and concepts to key stakeholders
 Experience working alone
 U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
 Able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance within 6-12 months.

 Lead Audit Certification
 Existing certification for AATT (Aerospace Auditor Transition Training)
 Experience planning and coordinating multiple audits at once
 Working knowledge of ETQ / Raytheon Corrective Action System (RCAS)
 Customer Oriented Results & Excellence (CORE) Certification
 Existing Secret Security Clearance
 Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to lead teams
 ASQ Certification (CQA, CQE, CQM...)

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidateÂs work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
