The Clinical Nurse (CN) is an RN who provides hands-on care to patients in an outpatient Oncology Nurse-led Clinic, practicing in an evidence-based manner and within the Scope of Practice of the California Nursing Practice Act.

Requirements
 Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
 Minimum of 6 months RN experience, preferably in oncology.
 California Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure required.
 Basic Life Support certification required.
 Oncology Nursing Society Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy certification required within 3 months.
 Ability to communicate effectively in English.
 Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
 Ability to manage rapidly changing situations.
 Experience in patient education and coaching.
 Physical ability to perform nursing duties, including lifting and bending.
