What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and in compliance with all regulations
• Audit payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Calculate and process multi-state adjustments, bonus taxation, and retroactive adjustments
• Generate payroll reports for management and regulatory agencies
• Provide customer service for payroll inquiries and resolve complex payroll issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 5 years of experience processing high-volume multi-state payrolls
• At least 3 years of recent experience using Workday Payroll; experience with Time and Attendance is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is desirable
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and multitask
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with payroll journal entries in accounting software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
